Homeschool Arts

Arts immersion and gallery introspection for homeschool students! Each student will pursue an independent multi-medium sculpture project inspired by the current artist on exhibit, and work under the guidance and instruction of our MOMA-trained teaching artists. Instructors will work to further cultivate artistic literacy in students by examining different contemporary sculpture artists, including Calder, Giacometti, and Goldsworthy, among others.

Painting 2: Acrylic Exploration

This class will focus on the specific benefits and characteristics of acrylic paint in application. Special emphasis will be given to both still life and animal portraiture. Students can expect to finish this class with a fully realized work of portfolio-worthy canvased art.
