Monthly Sunday In The Studio (Ages 6 – 12)

This class is offered to ages 6-12 Sundays from 10a-11:30a, taught by Jessie Paulson.
April 30: This month we will tour Anselm Reyle’s exhibition, Rainbow in the Dark, and then move to the studio to create work of our own. Inspired by his “drawing in space” we will step back and learn to paint with motion. With this comes the understanding of scale, mark, and how to create movement in a piece, not to mention the fun of it all.
May 29th: Last chance! Join us before Anselm Reyle’s exhibition comes to an end. Inspired by Reyle’s neon color and the collage work of Henri Matisse, we will create works that have light and are very bright.
